Sensational Anytime Salads

Salads aren’t just a summer time treat. You can “build a salad” that fits the theme of your gathering whether it be amesclun salad with gorgonzola walnuts and dried cranberries winter time holiday celebration, or a Fourth of July All – American cookout.

Here is a list of some of our favorites.

  • Southwestern Salad – A bed of Romaine lettuce & mixed baby greens topped with cucumber slices, tomato wedges, chilled kernel corn & roasted red peppers. Serve with Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
  • Steak House Wedge Salad – Use a large “wedge” of Iceberg lettuce, top it with diced roma tomatoes, Bleu cheese crumbles and chopped bacon. Serve with Bleu cheese dressing.
  • Penne Caesar Salad – Chilled Penne pasta tossed with romaine hearts, fresh shredded parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Top with pumpernickel croutons.
  • Autumn Mesclun Salad – Romaine leaves, mixed mesclun greens, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts and gorgonzola cheese crumbles.
  • Club House Salad – A bed of iceberg and romaine topped with cucumbers, roma tomatoes, swiss cheese, diced turkey and crumbled bacon. Served with creamy parmesan peppercorn dressing.
  • Bacon Bleu Potato Salad – Add bacon bits and bleu cheese crumbles to your favorite potato salad recipe. A delicious side dish for any type of gathering!
  • Taco Salad Grande – The most versatile salad there is, you can fill a taco Mexican taco slad bowl fried tortilla saladsalad with just about anything. Perfect for Cinco de Mayo celebrations.
  • CBC Caesar Salad – Golden Fried Chicken tenders atop a crisp Caesar salad with bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese and toasted croutons.
  • Asian Sirloin Salad – New York sirloin steak glazed with zesty orange sauce and cooked to order, served julienne sliced atop a bed of mixed greens with slivered carrots, green and red bell peppers, cucumber slices and grape tomatoes. Serve with a sesame dressing.
  • Bleu Bayou Shrimp Salad – Jumbo Shrimp seasoned with cajun spices and char-grilled, served atop mixed greens with plum tomato slices, candied pecans, roasted red peppers and Gorgonzola crumbles.

  • Chicken Asparagus Penne Caesar Salad – A classic salad with a summer twist. Diced grilled chicken breast tossed with chilled penne pasta, fresh asparagus spears, romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing.
