Frying Taco Salad Bowls

Using clean canola or soybean oil – Preheat Your Fryolator to 350 degrees.

Carefully float a fresh flour tortilla into the hot oil.

Center your taco press above the tortilla and depress into the center.

Allow the hot oil to ‘overflow’ the taco press, submerging it completely.

Fry your Taco salad bowl until it is golden brown. Usually 2 to 3 minutes.

Lift the press and remove the taco shell from the fryer with tongs.

Allow your fried taco shell to drain away the oil and cool down.
